I authorise The State School Teachers' Union of W.A. (SSTUWA) Direct Debit user ID 060046 to arrange for funds to be debited from my account at the financial institution identified below through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) for union membership fees on a fortnightly basis, until further written notice. This authorisation is to remain in force in accordance with the terms described in the direct debit service agreement of the SSTUWA.
Your Agreement

I hereby apply for membership of The State School Teachers' Union of W.A./Australian Education Union WA Branch, and upon admission agree to abide by the rules of the union. I agree to pay the SSTUWA fees owing in accordance with the union's schedule of subscriptions. I authorise the SSTUWA to access my employment records directly from the Department of Education, consistent with Section 49E of the WA Industrial Relations Act 1979. I understand that I may receive electronic direct mail from the SSTUWA. The information gathered herewith is classified as confidential to be used for the sole purpose of trade union membership and its related activities, in line with the current Privacy Act and as detailed in the SSTUWA Privacy Policy found at www.sstuwa.org.au.
